Jane has spent over thirty years helping people be at their best. She currently does that as a transformative coach, NLP trainer and a trainer of leaders. She is dedicated to helping leaders discover how they can develop themselves and their team members, so that they can perform at their optimum. She also trains coaches, enabling leaders to help bring about important changes for others.
Jane is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the Institute of Hospitality as well as having an MBA. She is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Plymouth Business School and is an internationally accredited NLP Master Practitioner, Trainer and Coach.
