Mandy has over 25 years of experience in working with organisations to achieve success through the application of people skills and business processes. In 1994 she co-founded Learning Partners applying her knowledge and business process reengineering background to the analysis of talent management.
Mandy has extensive experience of organisations across a wide variety of market sectors, including Communications, Engineering, IT and Manufacturing. She has designed and delivered many behavioural change programmes that have enabled organisations to address their business issues and bring about significant change and development within their talent pool. Mandy enjoys working with organisations and people in order to help them improve performance, realise their potential and maximise profit. Her style is friendly and approachable.
In Learning Partners Mandy is a prime interface with clients. She works closely with them to understand their organisational needs to ensure highly effective programmes of change and development are delivered. She builds partnerships based on openness and trust. Prior to Learning Partners, Mandy worked as a systems analyst and set up a software house which designed and implemented a wide range of business applications.
