She has extensive knowledge and experience in organisational development in programmes using competencies to create culture change and personal development. Jacqy has designed and delivered many leadership and people management programmes. She is an experienced facilitator and executive coach. Jacqy has an approachable and supportive style and is comfortable challenging and motivating individuals to achieve radical changes in behaviour and approach. In Learning Partners Jacqys special focus is product design. She believes in taking a very practical approach, producing easy to use tools and techniques for busy line managers and individuals. Prior to Learning Partners, Jacqy was the ultimate HR business partner aligning HR to support the business through realistic people initiatives.
